Kitcherie is an all-around healthy, warming, comfort food. It is one of the most soothing foods and is an excellent meal to eat during a cleanse or any time your body needs a break from eating out too much or overindulging after the holidays. This updated version includes spice combination suggestions. There are infinite possibilities for creating the ones that become your go-to comfort food. Foods which promote life, vitality, strength, health, happiness and satisfaction, what are succulent, juicy, nourishing and pleasing to the heart are dear to one in goodness.
